  • Coordinate/direct rehearsal (based on planner availability)

  • Creating wedding day plan including ceremony order, vendor contact list, wedding day timeline, and layout.​ 

• Day of wedding

  • Ensuring that all events occur based on the timeline such as room flip, cue guests and music, and deal with moment-to-moment challenges. 

  • Oversee and assist (if needed) vendor setup and teardown

  • Setup small decoration such as signage, stationary, photos, cake table and welcome table items and cake table items.

  • Conduct a walkthrough prior to to ceremony to finalize venue setup and vendors are ready for guests arrival 

  • Provide event emergency kit (including solar battery charge, sewing kit, stain remover, lighter, etc.)
