DAY OF COORDINATION

Starts at $1000

  • Coordinate/Direct rehearsal

  • Creating wedding day plan including vendor contact list, ceremony schedule, wedding day timeline and venue layout 

  • Assist vendors with setup and teardown, if needed 

  • Conduct a walkthrough prior to ceremony to finalize venue setup and vendors are ready for guests arrival 

  • Ensuring that all events occur based on the timeline created including: 

    • Timely “flip” of room for ceremony & reception space

    • Manage and deal with all moment-to-moment challenges

    • Cue all music changes, speeches, special moments (e.g. cake cutting, dance, sendoff)  with band/DJ 

    • Oversee check-in and return of rentals

  • Provide event emergency kit (including solar battery charge, sewing kit, stain remover, lighter, etc)
